Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms such as cold or flu, I kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment.
Appointments may be rescheduled upon arrival if you are showing signs of illness.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hrs notice and missed appointments will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service. Appointments cancelled with very short notice, repeated last minute cancellations, or longer appointment bookings that cannot be reasonably be filled may be subject up to 100% of the service cost. This policy is in place to respect appointment availability, preparation time, and reserved service time for all clients. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
